Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
• International Shipping: 10–21 business days (where available)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages Airlift Publishing is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at airliftpublishing@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.

Digital Products Downloadable products (such as ebooks or PDFs) are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping charges or delivery times.
